Keema or Ground Beef/Veal with vegetables:
Ingredients:
Ground Beef/Veal – 500 gm
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Garlic/ginger paste – 1tbsp
Paprika – 1 tbsp
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Coriander – ½ cup finely chopped
Carrot – 1 grated
Peas – ½ cup
Juice of 2 lemons (juicy)
Tomato paste – 1 can
Method:
- Wear gloves and mix all ingredients with the ground beef with an exception of tomato paste and chopped coriander.
- Cook for 35 minutes stirring regularly
- Add tomato paste and cook for 5 more minutes
- Garnish with chopped coriander
- Eat with rice, Chapatti, nan or crusty bread
